House Of Quiet

Hello. I’m John Davidson.

Starting in 2002 as Blacktron One, I’ve released hundreds of recordings across Bandcamp, SoundCloud and Spotify. My first love is the sound between radio stations, and through House Of Quiet I have done my best to capture that feeling.

I’ve recorded and gigged with Leaves, Vnder A Crvmbling Moon, Conundrum In Deed, ThirtyOne, Hot Teeth, Cat Kills Six, The Paperback Throne, Astronauts Fail, Equis and many others.

I primarily use electric guitar as my instrument though this has extended to include vocals, bass, acoustic guitar, drone synth, noise box, octave mandola, dulcimer, drums and baglama.

All House Of Quiet music is performed and recorded in a single take without overdubs.
